derkonline.com is operated by DERKONLINE, a software studio in Accra, Ghana run by Derrick S. K. Siawor. By using the site and its tools, you agree to these terms. Use them as intended, do not try to break, overload, or abuse them, and do not use them to do anything unlawful. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The site and its tools are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep everything accurate, available, and secure, but we do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and the information on it is general, not professional advice for your specific situation.

The Design Studio generates a quick visual concept from what you describe. It is a starting point to react to, not a finished product, a commitment, or a deliverable. A preview is not a quote, a contract, or a promise that the final build will match it. Real work begins only once we have agreed scope and terms in a separate, signed agreement.

The on-site audit is a surface-level, informational scan of public signals for the URL you enter. It is a teaser, not a full security assessment, not a penetration test, and not a guarantee that a site is secure or insecure. A clean teaser does not mean a site is safe, and a flagged item is a prompt to look closer, not a verdict.

The DERKONLINE name, the site, its design, code, and content are ours, or used with permission, and are protected by law. You may view and share the site normally, but you may not copy, resell, or pass off our material as your own. Ownership of work we build for a client is set out in that client’s own agreement, not here.

To the fullest extent the law allows, DERKONLINE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or its tools, including any reliance on a Studio preview or an audit teaser. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms as the site evolves. When we do, we will revise the date at the top, and the version on this page is always the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
